Brad has worked with Longline since its inception and focuses on new business development, loan and investment origination and property and asset management-level services. Brad has 20 years of broad-based institutional experience. Brad previously worked as Director of Asset Management for Columbia Property Trust (CXP) and spent 10 years with Wells Real Estate Funds specializing in Asset and Portfolio Management. He has additionally worked with major real estate development and investment companies in the southeast including Bridge Investment Group, Atomic Entertainment, DeFoor Ventures, Satilla Capital Partners and Clifton Property Trust. Brad achieved his CCIM designation in 2010 and holds his Georgia real estate license.
